It was ok
Took so long to check me in. The guy at the front desk asked for my ID or drivers license then walks off with it to some back room. I have booked into so many hotels around Ireland and have never been asked for ID and a deposit. I didn’t feel it was right to walk off with my personal document. Food wasn’t great pizza tasted like a terrible frozen pizza that was just stuffed in the oven with a few extra toppings on it. I can’t see how this hotel is a 4 star at all. I’m not 1 to just complain but with all the fraud happening in this day and age walking off with my personal information to a back room I can’t see why that happened.

The hotel ITSELF has come up in years since I had remembered it before. Very elegant and it has a restaurant too. Staff are very nice and always ready to help.
No air conditioning in the rooms is a big thing especially when Ireland gets a streak of good weather. We were roasting in the rooms and not being able to open the windows any wider was tough!!

we stayed here for a concert on the 22nd june, as the price attracted us, the rooms are clean and comfortable
rooms a small bit outdated and food was not great, i got a lasange and it was overcooked on top and undercooked on the bottom and you could tell it was reheated in a microwave, i asked could i swap my salad and coleslaw for garlic bread and got laughed at, i understand now that it is a started so i should order separately however the maganger serving me could have been more polite about it

I didn't feel good there, we stayed there for one night. The reception was absolutely not helpful, I didn't feel comfortable. In the morning, they banged on our door to make us leave the room quickly. The first impression when I entered the hotel, especially the smell, they probably didn't wash the carpet long enough. I will definitely never go back there. Disgusting

The restaurant has beautiful food rooms are comfy and clean and the staff are all lovely
It’s a shame that the restaurant is open to the elevator area where everyone checks in. The property is not a 4star and it is in a terrible run down area which lets it down.
