Very Good
room was great! - spacious; clean; comfy bed; good shower pressure; good room service; big windows you could open and had trickle vents, and curtains were good for blocking light.
cooked breakfast was a buffet and so the quality is a little lacking in my experience, but was ok.

Relatively clean
No air conditioning and windows opened just a limited amount. Also, when Delta canceled our flight I called the hotel to tell them what had happened as soon as we found out, but they were inflexible and charged us for the first night anyway.

It was a great location and close to the train to get into the city. They had a restaurant on site that had a really good seafood chowder and an apple crumb with vanilla ice cream dessert that was amazing.
The room was extremely warm and the window offered no airflow to help cool it down. I understand that the weather was warmer than normal, but the hotel had no fans for the customers to use to help.
