Room was spacious and location was good
Bathroom was small. Also one of hosts in the bar restaurant was very rude. I was on crutches and was waiting to be shown to a table. When one of the hosts asked the older host to show me to a table he refused and was more interested in processing payments to get his tip. He allowed 2 groups of people to go ahead and left me standing there on crutches. The other host who was busy dealing with a customer was clearly embarrassed. The older host was also rude to this host.

The food in the restaurant was very poor and teastless and had to wait a long time to order.The food once ordered arrived very quickly which tells me it was just heated.

It was well kept and true to Dublin! Great staff and great location
There was no bottle of water in the rooms so had to go to the tap/ bar - just a simple thing that can be fixed!
