The staff were really friendly, nacho was incredibly helpful and recommended a lovely walk around the city. Our room was comfy, spacious, and clean. Really good location, close to train, tram and bus stops.

Very fancy and clean. Lovely spacious room with huge bed. So convenient for parking as it's attached to the hotel. Nice that you can change the thermostat in your room too as I like to be cooler going asleep. Staff are wonderful and I felt very secure there.
There were too many pillows on the bed and they were really hard and too big. Slightly sore neck today after sleeping crooked on my side as pillow propped my head up too much

Staff were amazing and super nice! Housekeeping on our floor were amazing and would always say hi and smile when we went by. Doorman and receptionist were very friendly. The 4 person room was very spacious with more than enough space for us. Location was perfect and well connected to other areas especially by bus and most areas are very walkable. Water dispensers were also available throughout the hotel.
Only negative was that the room we stayed in had no fridge.

Comfortable beds and lovely staff. Nacho at the front desk, Paddy at the door, one of the young bartenders (young man) and the man who stored our luggage all went out of their way for us. They went above and beyond.
Walking distance from City Center was a hike, but if you knew how the LUAS worked, it helped.

Location is brilliant. Hotel very comfortable.
Bar staff not friendly. Ignoring customers and left standing more than 45 mins , initially was busy, but then it became very obvious that barstaff had no interest in serving those standing at the bar. Very disappointing considering the other staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice staff, good decor, lovely food
Very noisy. Had to ask to be moved to a quieter room around 1am.
The noise from outside was very bad. Staff kindly offered another room very quickly. The sound of the loft and air handling units outside were so loud- but I did manage to sleep.
