The staff here were so kind and were able to get us checked in early. The lobby is very lovely and they even have evening room service! The breakfast is well-worth the pre-booked €16. It is a HUGE buffet; you won't leave hungry, that's for sure.

Staff were great and friendly
We ordered a plain chicken sandwich and soup in the bar but told we couldn't get chicken sandwich as they were already made up with stuffing and onion something I think could be done eventually we ordered ham and cheese sandwich male waiter came up and made sure we knew it was same price and same waiter followed me and asked me to pay which I already did with a lovely young waitress and the soup never came otherwise a great hotel will be back in the near future
