Very nice people, staff was absolutely wonderful. Rooms were ok, could use a little maintenance. Farther from activities than advertised- except the Guinness tour- that was very close. Restaurants in hotel were good too.

This was right along the tram line which was a bonus. Also, the Guinness store front was just a couple of blocks away. It was in walking distance to the city center. The room was really nice and love the security. I found having the water station in the hall fantastic. We spent a little time at the bar and had a couple of drinks and an appetizer. It was perfect.
I think all was good so there is nothing I would change.

The staff was super accommodating and helpful. Always at the ready with ways to enjoy and improve our visit to Dublin. The room was immaculately prepared and staff responded to our questions immediately when we needed help figuring out the electrical etc etc.
I would have preferred a little more privacy in the suite there were adults not used to dressing and showering together.

The staff was accommodating, they held our bags for free and the breakfast was very good, lots of choices.

Staff were excellent to desl.with from the doorman to the room cleaners and everyone in between: courteous, friendly, competent! Accommodations were lovely _ we used this spot as home base while we researched ancestry and walked Dublin. Luggage storage was provided and needed because there was no early checkin available.
We registered at 11a after flying all night and the room was not ready until after 4pm. Although we gave a phone # to notify us of readiness, we were not called. After 4p, we asked at the front desk if our room was ready _ it was. A very minor detail but....
