Location. Ideal for getting from Airport as bus stop directly over the road.
Slightly chaotic at reception. Lots of people waiting to check in out. One room was ready at 3.15 p.m. the other one was not. Told to go and wait in the one room and come back to reception in a while while receptionist contacted housekeeping. Paper cups for drinking tea/ coffee in room. With stick stirrers. If I wanted a paper cup and a stick I could go to Costa. When asked downstairs if I could have a cup and saucer no-one seemed to be able to provide one! Breakfast was again, chaotic, with people not knowing where to stand, or go. A very haphazard layout. Poor vegetarian option. Generally, I had been recommended the hotel by a friend and I was very disappointed as it didn't live up to expectations.

Staff very professional. Exceptionally clean everywhere. Chilled sparkling and still water on tap in hall. Very close to railway station and stored baggage for the day when I arrived in the morning. The airport bus stopped across the road by the railway station.

The hotel had very impressive decor in the lobby and simple but elegant rooms. The Iveagh Bistro that was attached had good food, drinks, and was very comfortable.
The location was a bit hard to get to the central part of Dublin, and the neighborhood seems a bit dirty and rough. The wi-fi was not strong and kept cutting out. The staff in the restaurant were not the most attentive or helpful.

The location is perfect: close to train, bus, LUAS. Enjoy that it is not too close to city Centre.
The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Healthy options were plentiful.

A very comfortable hotel, right near the railway station and still close to the city centre and Stoneybatter. It's especially good if you're travelling with elderly people or need to catch an early train in the morning.
