Very Good
Friendly check in and good service when needed more tea/milk etc. No qualms. Room was good. Very light and bathroom was clean. Room was a little warm so needed air con but this could be very noisy. Breakfast was good with a good selection. Location was ideal. On a tram route and a 15 minute walk to the Guinness Experience.
Bar food a little pricey for what it was. Service was good but presentation a little lacking. Air con in room was very noisy. Sounded like the bearings needed greasing!

Room was great... breakfast was some of the best hotel buffet i've had. Staff super friendly and helpful.
It was fine... wifi a bit flaky at times in the room.

The hotel was good. Breakfast had a vast range of choice and the food was tasty. The room and bed was comfortable .
The room was first floor on the corner and the noise of the tram every 15 minutes or so was loud. However it stopped overnight and was peaceful until early morning.

Beautiful property and beautiful location near lots of attractions and transportation.
Being close to the train also means you hear the trains and the air conditioning had trouble.
