Nice hotel. Very easy access to city centre
The shower in room was extremely poor. It went from hot to scalding to freezing. However the guy on reception dealt with matter very well

This was not the first time staying in this hotel and like always we loved it
The Service is on a really high level and that is something I always notice, kind and helpful staff is something this hotel should be proud of. The way how they helped me to surprise my friend for her birthday by setting up the room with all the presents that I left and adding a special touch of writing Happy Birthday on the mirror was so cute

The location is brilliant so close to the train station and Luas line, our room was really spacious and the hospitality staff were so friendly and helpful.
Great choice to choose from for breakfast the lady who seated us to our table was so welcoming and the door man. It was a lovely relaxing stay.
