The hotel's location is ideal for accessing the train station, and the room was notably clean and spacious. The breakfast offered was delightful, and overall, the experience was excellent.

Room was nice and quiet, had AC and a nice bathroom.
Cleaners did not attend to my room which was annoying, and the WiFi was poor in room 533

As a person with disabilities the staff were amazing too me its a great location and makes it better by not to be too far away from Heuston or connolly station xx

Breakfast was good and location was great, close to phoenix park and quiet.
Very expensive, hotel staff were great but the restaurant staff weren't very friendly.

The staff make this hotel stand out. Breakfast was the best we had in Ireland. Beds and rooms are comfortable and spacious. Proximity to Heuston station is great.
Quite a hike to tourist attractions like Temple Bar area, the Storehouse, Trinity, etc. if you don’t understand how to use the bus or luas. We would have loved air conditioning.

The location is very convenient to the train station. The staff and service are excellent. The hotel has great facilities and very good breakfast service. The room was spotless and the bed comfy. My street-facing room did not have sound proof windows, so LUAS street car, passers by, and street sweeper noises came through quite a bit. A well-run establishment.

Easy parking staff where very patient with the kids despite 50 requests at once, close to Dublin zoo and Collins baracks
Slight bit of dust on headboard in room (timber so noticeable) express checkout would be a help rather than waiting in line and kids channel on tv in room to keep them some bit occupied
