- spacious room & common eating/chilling area
- staff was friendly
- room with side to the street: quite noisy!! Oropax are a must, but sometimes even they might be too less

The staff was really nice and played music in the evening which was super nice. The location was also perfect to walk throughout the city.
It was not that clean and really dusty and my outlet didn't work but I switched beds.

Terrible experience. Tiny room with no proper ventilation, narrow beds crammed side by side. The shower was damp, moldy, and also without ventilation. Sheets (including pillowcases and duvet covers) are just thrown on the bed, and guests are told to put them on themselves — and even return them to reception at checkout.
The worst part: they not only scan your documents (with zero guarantee of secure storage) but also take a photo of you without asking, justifying it as “for safety.” Completely unacceptable.
For the price, you can easily find modern hostels that are clean, safe, and respectful. This place was only an option because Dublin was fully booked that night — otherwise I would never stay here. Avoid at all costs.
