The 24h reception was a lifesaver! The bedsheets were clean and I felt safe for the whole time.
The bathrooms were a little bit dirty.

Very Good
Great location, pretty much everything in the city is within walking distance. Very reasonable price. Everything was clean and they had every amenity I needed. The bed was decently big and very comfy. Check in and checkout was very easy. Staff were ok. One in particular was really nice. Another wasn't exactly "friendly," but he did his job well without complaining. So I guess I can't complain too much. Bathroom was fine. Shower was good, plenty of hot water and good pressure. But there's no shelf to put your shampoo and stuff, mildly annoying. Make sure you bring a bar of soap for the shower. That was the one thing they didn't provide and that I also didn't think to bring. Overall, I'd say this place was "good enough," especially relative to what I paid.
The room was pretty cramped. I was in a room with 4 beds. It was hard to pack/unpack and have enough room for all my stuff. Moving around wasn't always easy, and it got especially difficult if even one of my roommates was in the room as well. The worst part was the air conditioning. We had to sleep with the window open in order for the room to be cool enough to sleep in. It was especially bad the first night (I stayed for 2 nights). I wish they'd given me more than one pillow (couldn't bring my own because it wouldn't fit in my luggage with all my other stuff). I also wish they didn't make me pay for towels. But it was only 1 euro, so it's not like they were bankrupting me.

Pleasant
Location was great and the staff was helpful.
Our room was west facing and got full sun. It was way too hot to sleep and wouldn’t cool down. The window opened but it wasn’t enough to cool the room off until 4 or 5 AM. Not a great room for summer months but fine otherwise.
