Very Good
The location was perfect for exploring all areas of Dublin ~ from City Center; Temple Bar; St Stephen’s Green to Trinity College Dublin. I loved the proximity to River Liffey and the Ha’Penney Bridge. The staff were Amazing! So helpful and friendly and easy-going. The style and architecture of the hotel was wonderful.
The noise from Our room which overlooked the alleyway. The lack of fresh air due to the fact that we had to keep window of room closed during night due to the alley-way night time activities

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast
The rooms are a bit dated; the king bed was actually two mattresses wedged against each other

Wonderful
It's a really convenient location wise, especially for eating out and shopping. Very delighted that we're given a quiet room for our one night's rest. Will definitely return again as we always do

Easy to find. Celtic Nights show next door.
The view. The crack between two single beds pushed together to make a "King size bed"

Wonderful
Clean. Only minus point was no air conditioning however I was provided an extra fan. The breakfast seemed expensive but there were many choices in food and drink. Reception assisted with taxi bookings. Very courteous and helpful.
No air conditioning. No ice vending, however I was able to get ice bucket from the bar for no charge. Wash cloths not provided with room cleaning/straightening up. I had to go to reception to get clean washcloths every day.

Very Good
Great location, breakfast was lovely and plenty of choices. Restaurant food was lovely but service very slow(only one waitress on) Bar had good selection of drinks. Live music was ok, would be better with more traditional Irish music.
Bathroom in need of upgrade, taps on sink were too close to edge of sink so struggled to get hands under the water. Shower very old and in desperate need of updating and sink unit too close to toilet so hand towels were hanging right beside toilets. Celtic night show, no option to book without dinner (menu options weren’t suitable) so had to go to another hotel to see their show as they offered show/dinner or show only. Bar closed at 11pm, didn’t stay open later for residents.
