Booked at the last minute for a great price, but was given a small single room with a very small double bed and not a double room as booked.

The staff were awesome, warm, friendly, & helpful. The location was perfect for exploring Dublin on foot. The room we got was wonderful & spacious, with gorgeous views over the river. We were very happy.

Location and breakfast. Celtic Nights show was good but very expensive for what you got.
Staff on front desk very poor. Had booked 2 rooms and were adamant i only booked 1 on check-in. Showed them booking confirmation and said sorry. Make sure if you attend hotel you have details available.
Had difficulty with many people in sorting out minor issues.
Couldn't even provide times and locations of buses to areas when many stops were outside the hotel!

The Celtic Night show was very good!
The bathroom was mouldy and stained, and there was no air conditioning with the room being very warm.

I stay here on a regular basis the staff are fantastic and the hotel is always spotlessly clean it may not be the most modern hotel but cant be beat for location and value for money in Dublin city centre
There is no aircon but given Irish weather this is rarely a problem

Location was perfect in that it was easy for the taxi driver to reach the hotel, it was easy to cross over the bridge and be on the south side but I’m also glad we stayed in the less busy north side
