view from our window was of alley with garbage strewn everywhere. it was loud in the alley so we couldn't open window. no room service. staff was not responsive to concerns.

Beautiful historic Hotel...Great location...Friendly, welcoming staff
check in was delayed- one room was ready- other 2 weren't ready till later- front desk staff were busy addressing a "computer problem". We were compensated with a free breakfast, which was lovely

The location is excellent. The lobby was very welcoming and the decor was lovely, staff was great.
The rooms have no air conditioning, therefore very very warm. There was no refrigerator in the rooms.

We did not know there was no air condition. The room is hot and the bed is hard and uncomfortable. Which made it difficult to sleep. .

Excellent location, friendly, helpful staff
Scruffy room, many threadbare patches in carpet, view from window was the side of a shed close to window. No accessible rooms available, doorway into bedroom was hard to navigate with a wheelchair due to angle. Expensive when considering the room facilities.

The property is centrally located. The staff were fantastic. We also done the Celtic nights dinner and show which was absolutely brilliant. We had a fabulous night and the dinner was excellent!
