Room was just as advertised. Clean and enough room for us. Location is exceptional. 15 minute walk at most from all major tourist attractions. Restaurant downstairs was great too. Great food and great atmosphere.
I have no complaints

Very Good
Staff were very friendly! The beds were really comfortable..best mattresses that we ever slept on in a hotel! Breakfast was delicious…a good Irish breakfast to start the day! Staff were very attentive especially the lady in the black uniform..! Central location The sound of seagulls every morning
The bathroom definitely needs a renovation…bath out, therefore shower. Shower curtains are really unhygienic! Carpets in the room…unhygenic!

Hotel is great location for being a tourist. Felt cozy and family friendly had more of a B&B feeling than hotel which is nice for a family vacation. The hostess for breakfast on St. Patrick's day was very friendly and had coffee to our table before we returned with our food. Love the location as we did the majority of our touring on foot, this was easy to stop by a pick up or drop off items as needed.
We were there on St. Patrick's day and in the heart of the city. Our room faced the street so it was loud with plenty of street noise throughout the night, but working through jet-lag we were able to sleep through it.

Really nice older hotel. Comfortable warm room. Holds a great Dinner and Celtic show in its cell bar. Good location close to halfpenny bridge which leads to Temple Bar.
Although it has a great bar unfortunately on our last night we came back for a nightcap before 11 pm but the bar was closed even to residents. Disappointing after a great stay of 3 nights.
