Wonderful
Fantastic staff! Great location right next to Oconnell street! Many places for food and shop around. Very walkable city, so this is a great place to stay.
Breakfast did not meet out expectations. Flavor and variety were not good and it was kind of pricey.

Very clean. Very quiet. Really good accommodations. Very close to most of the bus stops that we used to travel around the city.
The room was small for 3 adults and it lacked proper illumination. A ceiling light would have been better.

the location
the size of the double room for two was tiny, one can hardly find a decent rest area for 2 person in the room. Just one chair and a tiny desk, you can't even put your iPad on. No room to unload the luggage or hang up our clothes. The tiny shower didn't allowed any room to move around.

Disappointing
It was a little far from the Dublin city center, but as someone who enjoys a nice walk, it wasn't extremely far from where I wanted to be in the city.
There was a strange smell of feces in the room that kept coming and going. I tried to find where the smell was originating, but could not find a specific source in the room.
My main issue was with the housekeeping service. I only stayed for one night and the housekeeping staff attempted entering my room 4 times prior to check out in the morning. The first attempt was at 7:55am where housekeeping knocked for a couple minutes prior to unlocking and opening the door themselves, waking me up, and to which I responded "No thank you" to their service. They returned at 8:30am knocking a several times before I opened the door and spoke to the staff, telling them that I would be checking out at 11am. The staff member knocked and entered two more times after that conversation. The final time was about 10:20am. I was undressing prior to hopping into the shower and a housekeeping staff member didn't even knocked, just unlocked and opened the door. When I heard this I yelled "excuse me?" and the staff member quickly slammed the door closed. I took a very quick shower and quickly collected my things to exit the hotel as fast as possible because I felt so uncomfortable.

Great location right across the street from multiple major tram lines.
The placement of the lights in the room. Either it was too dark or too light. The reading lights near the bed were a little harsh/strong.
