Clean, tidy and modern
The cleaners just unlocking your door when you are asleep and not understanding that we did not want our room cleaned. We left no towels on the floor yet they still changed them every day. Not sure how this is echo friendly when the sticker on the wall states about saving water and the environment

Amazing rooms and views, we only stayed one night and I wish we had more time to really enjoy the room!
Our room was on the top floor, but I was expecting it so just make sure you are ready to haul luggage up several slights of stairs!

Location is perfect for visiting Dublin. Just about comfortable walking distance from most of the attractions in the city centre. Staff very efficient and friendly.
We had a double room which was very clean but quite small. We were in Dublin for a game in Croke Park and decided to have lunch in the hotel beforehand and we enquired from a staff member if we needed to book beforehand as it was a big match day and everywhere was going to be busy. Despite being told that there was no need to book we were disappointed to turn up for lunch at 1pm to be told that there was no lunch available until 5pm which was the starting time for the game. This was on a Saturday. Otherwise our stay was great.

Classy, elegant and cosy room. It had a bath.
As room was quite expensive. I think the biscuits with tea and coffee would have been good. You get this in much cheaper accommodation.

Central location off O'Connel Street, walking distance to all city amenities, bright buzzing reception area. Breakfast was great value and the bed was reasonably comfortable.
They really squeezed out every inch on the residential floors for rooms. The bed was a small double, which is generally fine, but there wasn't room to swing a cat. The bathroom was effectively a cubicle with the toilet, sink and shower on top of one another. It's not a room to lounge around in, I had to go down to the reception to wait, while my wife was getting ready as the space was so tight.
