Comfortable and spacious room, generally friendly staff, good facilities and great location.
When we dropped our luggage off we were interrogated in a very unfriendly way by the duty and security manager because we couldn’t find 2 luggage receipts (but we showed ID and the luggage was under our names). He was very unprofessional and talked badly about staff who were still training.
