I am writing to express my concern regarding an unpleasant experience during my recent stay at your hotel. My friends and I (a total of three guests) stayed for two nights and were generally satisfied with both the location and the quality of the room.
However, an incident on the morning of our departure left us deeply disappointed.
After placing our room keys in the express checkout box, we intended to store our luggage at the hotel. At that time, we noticed two staff members were busy assisting other guests with check-in procedures, so we patiently queued and waited for assistance.
Soon, a staff member named Sophia became avallable and clearly saw that we were next in line for service. However, instead of returning to the front desk to assist us, she ignored us. At that moment, a white male guest who had just checked out also appeared to want to store his luggage.
Sophia immediately apr v :hed him, offered assistance. and beaan chattina with him.
From what we observed, the gentleman seemed to realize he had unintentionally skipped the queue and even asked Sophia whether she should assist us first. Shockingly, she responded with a shrug and a visibly dismissive and contemptuous expression.
We found Sophia's behavior to be unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly offensive. Her attitude not only lacked basic customer service standards but also gave the impression of discriminatory treatment, which was extremely upsetting.
I sincerely hope that the hotel will take this matter seriously by providing further training to this staff member and issuing a formal warning. No guest, regardless of their background or ethnicity, should be treated with such disregard.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and to seeing appropriate action taken to ensure that similar incidents do not happen in the future.

The room was modern and clean and only a one minute walk from the city centre. One of the staff were kindly allowed us to leave our bags in the hotel when we checked out to go get breakfast in Dublin which was really appreciated.
