Location was great, staff very kind and helpful
There was an elderly seat installed in the shower that would be best upon request. Also unfortunately there was a guest that came drunk screaming 2 days in a row from 1 am to 3 am, made our stay worst

An amazing experience from start to finish! The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed — warm, welcoming, and professional. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and sights nearby. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Friendly, helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast.
Tiny room, crowded space. I had the ironing board, tea/coffee service and extra pillows removed. Barely room to put your suitcase down and open it. Hard to clear the foot of the bed without running into the TV

The location of the hotel is perfect. The stuff is extremely nice and helpful, breakfast is very good and everything is neat and clean. There are many pubs, caffes, shops nearby and a bus station as well. The room is nice and quiet, there is even an elegant bar in the ground floor. I would definitely come back!

The location was at the center and during our stay we almost never used the bus because a lot of the places we visited were close to the hotel. The room was clean and was cleaned every day and also we were getting clean towels every day (you put the used ones on the floor of the bathroom).
If you're going there just to do tourist stuff like staying out all day and just going back to the hotel for sleep, then this could be a good option for you.
It was a bit expensive, I understand that it's also because it's in the city center but still a bit expensive. You did not get any breakfast in that price and the option to pay was still a bit pricy. We were 3 friends staying in the hotel and the room and bathroom were a bit small.
