The room nice clean . Quite at night cosy . Could do with better tv stations. Staff lovely . Down stairs very inviting and cosy.
Bathroom shower curtain is crap sticks to Yr body and water doesn't stay in shower tray all over floor and no shampoo or conditioner. Have to clean up every time you shower.

The location was fantastic - just a few minutes walk from the main shopping area in the city centre.
The room was lovely - very comfortable and spacious, with nice facilities.
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful - The hotel manager, Uros, even came out to grab a taxi for us to the airport at the end of our trip, as there were protests on in the city centre, preventing the normal buses from running.
The breakfast wasn't the best. It was a buffet - but pretty chaotic - especially with lots of tables everywhere, and not even clear as to what was still free or not. The cereal holder had lots of cereals categorized, but only about three were available! Staff were slow to refill glass supplies, etc. Not much catering for coeliacs.

I couldn't have expected anything better. The room was large and clean, and everything you needed was there. The staff members were nice as well, and the hotel was in a perfect location for tourism. The restaurant's food was really good. If I had to return to Dublin, I'd definitely choose this hotel.

Plenty of space to store/hang things.
Room was cold when we checked in, no amenities, the room we had is probably design with accessibility in mind, so the sink was very low and there was no way to close the shower area. This is 100% fair but we thought they could have warned/asked us before since it's a bit uncomfortable.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was fine and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel is nice and large downstairs with lots of chairs and the coffee served at the coffee bar is good. Our room was cleaned promptly every morning. There is a taxi rank nearby so it was easy to get a taxi when needed.
The room became too warm during the night so we had to open the window and it tended to be quite noisy. There is air conditioning but we didn't want to use it as it tends to make us sick which is our problem!
