Very Good
Check in and check out was easy, facilities were clean, facilities were ample including luggage lockers, kitchen, and prepared activities.
Was very noisy for two of the three nights there, this was outdoor noise, not within the hotel. The sound of the bathroom facilities from all the rooms on our floor were easily heard. Thank goodness for noise canceling headphones! The toilet seats was not firmly attached to floor and jiggled when we sat on it.

Poor
The bathroom in my room was okay. The location was okay as well, but I didnt feel like anything else really lived up to my expectations. I feel for the price it could have been a little nicer and I think it was labeled wrong online.
- I went into this thinking it was a women only hostel, and I was shocked when there were men there. It was listed incorrectly online so not the hostels fault
- I was rooming with women in their 40's and 50's which sure, fine, but being 20 thats kinda weird, and hostels are usually places you meet people
- Lots of homeless people coming in and out all day, using the facilities and lounge, and wandering the building, some even staying in rooms with other 18-20 year olds. Just weirded me out a bit.
- no lockers even though they state if u email them they have lockers for your stuff if you need to store it before or after check in
- The room I was in had no curtains
-under bed cage was dusty
- The beds were very interesting I was unaware that I had to make my own bed which is totally fine, but I wish I was told that because I didn't get back until 11pm, and I didn't want to wake anyone so I just slept on a bare mattress.
- Front staff didn't really seem to know the area or anything, just were talking to each other and ignored me for a while I checked in and out and asked where the bus was.

Wonderful
Location was probably the best part, all of my points of interest were within walking distance. The room wss nice, the fact that kitchen and luggage room were available after check out while i was waiting for my flight was also great. I loved the feeling of the place - big cozy travelling community. There was free milk, tea and coffee available every day witch i appreciated a lot. The staff was very friendly and they helped me accomodate with my wheelchair. Not the best place for a wheelchair user but if you're ambulatory like me then it works.
When i was booking i was told that lower bunks availability is not garanteed but when we got to our room turned out they reserved lower bunks both for me and my companion witch i appreciate greatly
Seemed odd to me to have to pay for towels separately.
Except for the elevator the grounds are not wheelchair accecible so if you're a full time wheelchair user this is not a good choice. (Big step at the entrance, heavy doors, narrow hallways/doorframes, bathroom not accesible)

Very Good
The location was great.
It was noisy outside well into the night, although that's the price of the great location.

Very central location, the staff were so nice and helpful
I couldn't sleep great coz of a woman snoring but you can get earplugs, that's unfortunately something that can happen,no fault of the hostel

Exceptional
Superclean and fantastic shower in the room that I booked. Kitchen has coffee and hot chocolate. Very practicle.
Making the bed myself is fine for the price I paid If it were more expensive it would be a bit of a bummer, not a big dealbreaker.

Wonderful
Great location, nice kitchen, clean and fairly comfortable room. I haven’t stayed in a hostel in ages and while it requires some adjustment from having my own space, Abigail’s was a great experience.
A bit more head room on the bunks so you can sit up properly would be nice.

The lower bunks don't have enough headroom to sit up in bed. No coat hooks in the dorm.

Good
The location and room size was great. Beds were well equipped with linens, outlets and a personal light. The bathroom was clean.
The front desk staff were a bit rude. I understand it was for safety reasons but I was yelled at to present my key card multiple times over my 3 day stay. It felt like I was doing something wrong when I entered the building. Maybe some sort of scan system would be better.
