Pleasant
The place is beautiful, the staff was great and
the dinner at the
restaurant was excellent.
However, it was unfortunately quite dirty and clearly in need of better upkeep - there were cobwebs everywhere.

The room was lovely and we were very happy with the hotel. The waiter in the bar was lovely.
When we checked in at reception, the lady told us we could make a reservation for dinner with her, she said this a few times. We had been travelling all day and we weren't sure what time we wanted dinner yet. An hour later we called reception to say we would like to make the dinner reservation and were put through to the restaurant. The restaurant was fully booked and the gentleman said they had been since Friday! (This was a Sunday!) He was very rude about it and it spoilt our stay a little bit. We had to eat in the bar...the pizza was awful, but the cheese board and rocket salad were lovely.

The rooms were spacious! Beautifully decorated and the hotel surroundings were peaceful and nice! Location was close to Cork City too.

Comfortable bed and a very good shower; friendly staff. Potential is huge but it fails to live up to it.
Bedroom was cramped, no view from the window; restaurant felt like eating in a corridor.

It was a very nice hotel. The room were confortable and the staff kind and friendly.
This hotel is far from the city center, you can not go by walk. We found it a bit expensive for the actual stay.

Mattress extremely comfortable, so important. Staff at reception were lovely, really friendly. Decor and general appearance of hotel was lovely. Location, parking and option for room only suited our needs on this trip perfectly. Highly recommend the hotel and will visit again.
More water in the room would be nice. Room was a little warm, but manageable. Mojito from the bar was awful.
