Room decoration very welcoming. Bedroom very comfortable. Fabulous pillows. Bathroom lighting lovely. All very clean.
Location good for us.
Plenty parking.
Quiet bedroom.
Good service.
Food very tasty in restaurant.
Nice friendly atmosphere overall.
Restaurant a little drafty where we were sitting, it was a v.cold night to note also.
I left behind a charger in my room, not a regular phone charger, something specific for a hot water bottle. Bit disappointed it couldn't be found.
Also I really did not like having a €100 charge put on my card on check in which I was told would be returned in up to a week!

The room was nice and comfortable
The bathroom is lovely but not safe . No none slip mat for the bath so nearly slipped getting out of shower. Room was for 3 people only one pack of biscuit. Only one key card given . Not acceptable that if you don't want to pay €18 per person that there would be another option in the bar for coffee and toast. Now we did get a scone but had to sit at reception to eat it . That's not great

Our room was beautiful, lovely comfortable bed.
No fruit at breakfast. No spoons to get certain things from bowls at buffet. No glasses for orange juice. Bowls for cereal were soup bowls . Spoons on table were for soup not cereal. When i ordered breakfast i didnt get what i asked for. These are all little things but for a 4 star hotel and what we paid for bed and breakfast i was very disappointed. The fire alarm went off twice when we were in our room. I felt that there wasnt enough staff for serving breakfast. Tables were left uncleared.
