Very nice room and comfortable mattress. The two women at the reception were excellent and despite an extremely busy check in phase they maintained their professionalism and friendliness throughout.

The room was exactly as requested and was quiet and comfortable.
A little more clarity on the cost/structure of the breakfast menu. What all was included and what the cost was, seemed to be a little vauge.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel!
We checked in hoping for a relaxing night’s sleep, but what we got was the complete opposite. The room was awful – it had a horrible smell that hit us the moment we walked in. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were ridiculously high, making it impossible to get any sleep. After tossing and turning for hours, we gave up and walked out at 4am to find somewhere else to stay.
We returned in the morning to check out and request a refund for the second night, since we clearly had no intention of staying. The manager, however, was completely unhelpful, unprofessional, and frankly didn’t seem to care about the terrible experience we had. He flat-out refused to issue a refund, even though we didn’t stay the second night.
Later, it seems the owner overheard or misunderstood part of the situation, because after we had left the hotel, we received a call from reception saying they would refund the second night – but not the first, even though we barely stayed a few hours and left in the middle of the night!
This was a horrible customer experience from start to finish. The manager was rude and clearly lacks basic customer service skills. I would never stay here again and absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a restful night. Pay a little more and go somewhere that actually respects their guests.

Staff were very friendly, room was clean, and close to local fish and chips. Great value for money and we very much enjoyed our stay here in Cork.

Room was clean and roomy. Very nice bathroom. It had nice amenities like USB ports and they provide spring water in the room. Beds were comfortable. Bar service was nice and beautiful lounge.
Location. We wanted to leave for food and drink and it is not a great location. Also, the staff was not really helpful for any recommendations. The room numbering was a little confusing.
