The beds were comfortable.
This hotel is really from the 60s -- very old carpets and furnishings and the bathroom is super unkept and the towels are really grungy and small. There are not enough electrical outlets, good luck with the parking (we did get that one spot that was there) and NO elevators in the place (also no one bothers to even offer helping the guests with taking their bags up the 3 flights of stairs). The staff barely speak to you - just give you the keys and tell your to come for the free breakfast. When you arrive for breakfast, the lady who takes your order seems unhappy and in a rush and can't wait until you leave - the breakfast itself is very mediocre.

The Manager, Anthony is an absolute legend! A very kind, helpful and personable individual who went above and beyond to make my stay really good, even though I was only there for one night. He is a memorable character. In fact, all of the staff were absolutely top class. I also brought friends there for dinner and the food was very good. I will definitely be going back.

The staff were very friendly and bed was comfortable.
There is no lift so cases had to be carried up two flights of stairs. The duvet was not very wide hanging only a few inches each side of the bed before we got in. No tea making facilities in the room which I would expect for what they charge.

Charming within walking distance of town.
The bed was jammed up against the wall so one person had to climb over the other person to get up.
