The location and the food at the restaurant was very nice.
It is time you replaced the mattresses as they were quite uncomfortable.

Very Good
The hotel looks as though it has very recently been decorated and was spotlessly clean once we managed to fight our way through the narrow entrance door with all our motorbike gear. Our room was spacious and clean, overlooking the street outside. The location is good being just a little walk from the main centre of Kinsale. Breakfast was very good.
Due to not feeling great, I retired to the room a little early to watch a film but was unable to use the TV due to there being no sound (TV was putting itself on mute all the time). I did contact reception, and it seemed that this was a known problem but could not be fixed as it needed someone to come out to sort it. As the hotel was full there wasn't another room to move to, so there was nothing could be done unfortunately. I realise these things happen, but given that this was the most expensive property we had stayed in during our 8 day road-trip (166 for one night), I was a little disappointed.

The staff were superb. Friendly and very accommodating. Anthony, his wife Anne and Roman, the owners made us feel like we were long lost friends. The food was delicious and the menu provided great vegetarian options. I particularly loved the location, just a few blocks from town, but quiet at night and in the morning. Breakfast was delightful. It was authentic Ireland. Warm, comfortable and full of good cheer.

We very much loved the location, being comfortably walking distance from the center of Kinsale. We loved the in house pub and restaurant, both filled with happy people and great food every night. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.
Who made our stay truly memorable was Anthony, co-owner of White Lady Hotel and restaurant. His cheerful and welcoming personality, his attention to every detail and to each and every guest made us feel special and made us want to come back in the future.
There was nothing we didnt like.

Great location. Quiet and the staff were amazing. Restaurant was very good.
The beds were poor quality and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Wi-Fi was in and out in our room so very frustrating trying to use with constant crashing.

Anthony and the staff were wonderful hosts. They wenr out of there way to help us in many cases - like handling baggage and reserving taxis. The Food was great. We love Kinsle and the White Lady. Lots of fun. Great memories.
The hot water was a bit slow at times, but not too bad.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Had read reviews saying rooms were dated. Our rooms were lovely, nothing wrong with them at all. Only thing I was worried about was the matress, I could feel every spring when I sat down on it. However, when you lie down and evenly distribute the weight, it was absolutely fine. Pillows and duvet were lovely, I slept like a log. Lovely bathroom with a superbly powerful shower! No tea/coffee making facilities but that didn't bother us. Dinner in the hotel was absolutely outstanding, one of the best meals we ever had!! Breakfast choice was very limited, but was cooked to order, and was delicious. The owner is very chatty and friendly. Overall we had a fabulous stay and would definitely go back
Limited opening hours of the bar, not open until 4pm. Rooms are a bit dark, lighting is not great
