The hotel was in a great place with a lovely short walk along the river into cork town. Food was really good. Leisure facilities were excellent and the staff and room was great

Beautifully designed hotel. Modern and classy decor. 5 mins walk from city centre
No need to use other car parks as hotel has its own. Website didn't explain the parking situation correctly.
Bit pricey when have to pay €15 for parking and breakfast not included

Breakfast a joke 45 mins waiting for to take order then it came out not what we ordered and was stone cold and had to pay €52 very dissapointing

My Mom and I were returning to Cork for a Mother/Daughter sojourn - Cork being her birth place and family of origin home. We wanted to treat ourselves this time and River Lee certainly hit the mark. We loved the spaciousness of the room with the option of two double beds. A full bathroom. The warm reception welcome. The delicious food - the endive salad and soups were gorgeous. And the best fries. Everything was just spot on, well thought out and clearly exceptional staff humming from a leadership team that values relationship, warmth and attentiveness without intrusion. The decor of the Grill Room was lovely. The curtains were black out so a very restful sleep. Room servicing everyday so very much appreciated replenishment of Barry's tea and water in the fridge for hydration.
It's so minor - the only thing I can note is the very small stain on the carpet in the bedroom by the desk chair.

Location was perfect.
Pleasant staff member at reception.
The room was specially adapted for a wheelchair user. I hadn't requested a room for additional needs so I don't know why I was put in this room! At check in, reception made a fuss about I getting the last river facing room - the view from the seating and bed was a concrete gable end!

The staff from check in to check out were unbelievable. Super friendly and helpful. Food was incredible and gym and pool were busy but top notch. It was my girlfriends birthday and we were upgraded and made feel really at home. Fabulous hotel.
