Spaciousness, cleanliness, location, service.
Office chair in bedroom (reclining back can’t be locked) very uncomfortable and almost unusable. Single use bottles of shampoo, conditioner shower gel etc create a lot of waste. Better to replace with re-fillable containers. Tea and coffee in room would be nice.

Very friendly and professional staff, especially at reception. Lovely lobby and bar area as well as excellent pool, sauna and steam room facilities.
Although the room was perfectly fine, it could do with a bit of a refresh.

Location is great, and the car park is so handy! Our rooms were big and comfortable with beautiful views. We loved the bar area with the musicians!

We booked 30 mins before arriving when we got there the room wasn't ready yet the staff member was very apologetic and offered us a free complementary drink each for the room not being ready which was really nice of them. The lobby was beautiful cocktails were exceptional and room was big, clean and view over the river was lovely.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were lovely.
Comparing this hotel to others we have stayed at in Ireland at a similar price point, we were disappointed with the lack of little extras - no robe, slippers, chocolates, snacks. Also it was somewhat tired looking.
