The entrance smelt amazing the staff on reception are so lovely. The bar staff are the best at making cocktails so mannerly and professional but the river bar is a must and their hostess Emma is so lovely. She couldn’t be more accommodating and the food was amazing. All the staff are young and very nice professional and witty. I will definitely be back.

Clean, central to city, has all you need
Only thing I didn’t like was contacting customer service to book. It was cheaper to book with booking.com than with the hotel, but I had a code from my company to get a discounted room rate. No one answered the Irish number and when I got through to customer service it sounded like someone in the Philippines and they wouldn’t take my corporate discount so I ended up not being able to use it

Booking.com should make it more apparent that they do NOT include the breakfast in the price. I find that wrong. I was of the understanding that the breakfast was included. I then had to pay for the breakfast and it cost 25Euro and it definitely was not worth that.....very disappointing

terrible welcome. no space in car park. receptionist brushed it off and said it often happens. then was told no breakfast included. and oarking, which i had to cue for, was additional. i stay in hotels a lot for work. this cumulative experience was well below par
