The staff was superb! Friendly, welcoming, helpful and service oriented.
The hallways to our room were not lighted. They were dark and did not match the stunning appearance elsewhere.

I didn't have breakfast as I don't usually eat it and I'm vegetarian and would have liked to have seen hash browns on the menu. The lunches and dinners were amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, bed was comfortable. I was upgraded to an executive room, so that was a nice surprise.

Very nice hotel. Staff was super friendly. Free access to the adjacent gym was super convenient. Hotel is located in a very good location.

The hotel and room are nice. The building and decor are good. The food is good.
The facilities are a major disappointment. The fact they are shared with the general public as a leisure center is not what I would expect for a five star hotel. It is also difficult to use the pool, no gowns are provided in the rooms to be able to change and go to the pool and sauna and if you go down to the changing rooms for the leisure center no locks are provided for the lockers, so what are guest supposed to do with their cloths and valuables? Seems very poorly thought out and not a five star experience. Very disappointing by that.

Full breakfast was good, a bit awkward that the list wasn't updated that I paid for breakfast on checking in. Rooms were clean. Receptionist staff was lovely.
