Excellent customer service, was upgraded to a river view room and provided a voucher for the bar because of a 20 minute wait for the upgrade, excellent front desk and bar staff.

We had a beautiful view of the river from our room! It also was located in a relatively quiet but very walkable area.
Minor, but there was an overwhelming chlorine smell from the reception area.

The room was comfortable and the location was great. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Our room was advertised as "river view". The river view was only visible from a bumped out window area, and was not viewable from the remainder of the room. The room was nice, but the river view was a stretch.
We also had difficulty with the parking garage. We were supposed to stop at the front desk every time we exited to get a special ticket, but no one told us that. We got stuck at the parking lot exit and had to ask other cars to reverse so we could back out and go to reception. They explained the process, but said we should have been notified at check in. No one gave us any instructions.
