The rooms layout is bit hard to navigate.

Incredible view over the City from the terrace sofas. We stayed in an apartment which was little dated but the environment of the hotel is exceptional. Fabulous pool.
Fridge needed defrosting; dishwasher flooded the kitchen area; although self-catering (very well equipped kitchen) a little oil and dish sponge/wipe would have been useful. Also no soap at sinks.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Manager didn’t follow up on problems we had.
Stayed in an apartment and dishwasher was leaking some suds. Toilet developed flushing problems. Noises were loud from cocktail lounge located above and to the side of the apartment we were in.

Friendliness of the staff, especially Ken, who greeted us with a warm Irish welcome at the entrance. We also loved the Panorama restaurant, which gave stunning views over Cork. A very special place.
