Staff were fantastic and the veiw was amazing, if I had any fault and I'm nit picking it would of been the glasshouse bar telling me they didn't take cash cos of policy not the staff fault cos they did everything to resolve the situation and got me change, hotels fault for not providing a sign to say we don't except cash just card
All was great nothing bad to say apart from lack of signage to say no cash just card, maybe let future guests know in future

Lovely location, great view and lovely comfy rooms
An adjustment to small things will go a long way.
Shampoo and conditioner in the swimming pool showers together with individual shower cubicle hooks to be provided. Small faults with the hot water and curtains in the room.
On the plus side, bed and pillows were very comfy, coffee and tea appliances were top of the range and breakfast, when included in the rate, it's very good quality.

The staff and hotel itself was incredible. It was luxurious and beautifully designed. We were treated so well during our stay. Ken, the doorman greeted us every time we entered and left the hotel recommending different places to go and see or eat. He was so friendly and warm. Phillipe was so friendly and conversational also. We really felt at home and so welcome here. An amazing mini moon from start to finish. The staff couldn’t have done more for us. My favourite hotel I have stayed in Ireland to date. We walked into town and then got a taxi back most evenings, very accessible.
The food was expensive in the restaurant and it would have been nice to have some other menu options like burgers, pasta etc
