Rooms were clean spacious and comfortable, the reception staff were lovely and very polite and helpful. It’s a lovely hotel
I booked dinner in the restaurant for 8pm. When we arrived at 8pm we were told our table was not ready and to wait at the bar which was no problem, myself and my partner got a drink. We were waiting 45 minutes and seen people coming after us getting seated, tons of tables were waiting on people to leave but guests were just sitting there with empty plates. We had enough and confronted the front of house at 8:45 and she they forgot about us and she thought our server had escorted us to our table, even tho she walked passed us countless times in the 45 minutes we were sat at the bar. Once seated we were waiting a further 45 minutes for our dinner. For a reservation that was made for 8pm it was 9:30 before we were served our food and 10pm before we finished eating. Never experienced anything like this anywhere I have had reservations booked.

My favourite hotel overlooking Cork city.
Staff, rooms and food are all excellent.
Great place to celebrate a special occasion (such as an anniversary!).
It can be a little chilly in the restaurant, especially if seated by the large glass window looking out over the city.

The staff were very nice and very helpful. It is a nice hotel.
I had booked a family room because we were travelling with our 2 children. However the apartment we were given was nowhere near what I expected for a 4* accommodation property. The beds, the bed linen, the lack of towels, toiletries etc was very disappointing. Thankfully the duty manager found us rooms beside each other and we were moved on the 2nd day of our 3 night stay. Those rooms were very comfortable and what I expected standard wise of this hotel.

The staff were very friendly & helpful, the food was nice
The one night stay was very expensive & definitely not worth the money.
Breakfast wasn't included in the price..
We could also hear the conversations from the room next to us as it was a connecting room with a locked door.

The location of the hotel was perfect for an event we had at St.Lukes
Very expensive for what we recieved , even though I had an email confirmation reception stated we would need to pay for breakfast extra. Had to argue our case and was eventually allowed to have the cold buffet breakfast we were served, really disappointed for a hotel if this standard that I have stayed in many times before

The outside is appealing
Booked two rooms together and on arrival were located at opposite ends of the hotel not close to one another at all, the rooms and facilities in the hotel are practically in a maze, very hard to find and have to get side stairs and side elevators to rooms which made no sense!
The leisure area/pool was clean but nothing special at all and breakfast didn’t come with the rooms which was insane for the price
