It was a beautiful hotel , decor was lovely. The food was delicious and the gardens and cocktail bar were gorgeous
The breakfast and staff did not flow. Not very attentive.
We had run out of plates, items were going to the wrong table.
We had not been given card for the power to the room. The iron didn’t work and the TV didn’t seem to be working properly. Contrast was very light
For such a stunning hotel some work needs to be done on certain areas.
The welcoming staff were all brilliant .

Every member of staff is friendly and superb at what they do
Nothing - only feedback is that the photos of bedrooms on booking sites do not do them justice. Our room was large, beautifully furnished and very well thought out.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant was beautiful and the food amazing. Late check out was awesome too.
Although it was a beautiful location if you are wanting to be close to the centre of town this place isn't it.

The bar and restaurant and the view from the terrace. Very good cocktails and wine. Decor in the room was nice. Smeg coffee machine was nice. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
The bathroom in the room needed to be refurbished. We booked an executive room, and the shower head in the bathroom was not working properly, and we had no choice but to stand near the wall because the water was falling in the direction of the wall. The toilet didn't flush properly. We paid 400 euro for room only, and I would expect these basic things to work, especially at this price point.

Struggle to find parking. Lack of service during dinner (had to search for a waiter). Rooms were extremely hot. Very very thin pillows.

Absolutely everything is stunning in this hotel! I really love how you're so near Cork city but when staying here, it feels like you're in another world!
