Property was very nice & upscale.
There is no air conditioning in this hotel. It happened to be a very hot day in cork. They gave us a fan for the room but it was still a hot & miserable night.

Location, bed, pillows and the towels. The staff were lovely.
No air conditioning although a fans was in the wardrobe. Room at the front, as it was hot my parents had to open the windows, they said it was very noisy until the early hours of the morning.

We liked the location.
The hot breakfast was good. As was the coffee.
The room was bleak, with no visibility out a frosted window, that opened up very little. The room was very warm with no AC. We did have two fans but they weren't really up to cooling the room.
The worst thing about the room was the limp pressure in the shower. It was very poor. After a long journey down, it was disappointing to not be able to have a nice shower to freshen up before our evening out.
As for food, we went to breakfast at half 9. This was half an hour before it ended. The buffet was bare. No juices or bercher muesli left, and this was not replenished. Breakfast was until 10, so I'm not sure why there wasn't more put out.

Hotel is lovely staff very friendly and honestly the location is amazing.
We were woken both mornings at half 7 to work going on as it was right below our window. I had checked and work was meant to have finished on the 20th of May so didn’t expect this. It sounded like someone throwing stuff against our walls and honestly so annoying for the price we paid.

Great location and a clean place. Bar was excellent.
Rooms were tiny. They were listed on the web page as elegant. Only modern amenities were electricity and running water.

Location
Room very small and old fashioned with double bed pushed up against the wall and no wardrobe. Also, large stain on bed sheets. Leisure centre is a joke. Weights machines at least 30 years old and most not working properly. Lift also broken.
