Breakfast was lovely, the staff were very good to deal with in both the dining room for breakfast and the staff in the bar.
I thought the dinner was basic, got the wings starter was only okay, the fish and chips were nice but nothing special.
I thought the service could have been a bit better as it was quite so no excuse to be fully looked after.

Wonderful
Spacious, comfortable room. A bar, serving meals and a restaurant both downstairs as choices of dining option within the hotel. A great breakfast served in the restaurant in the morning.
Whilst there was a large free carpark under the hotel, there was no direct lift from the carpark into reception. The lift came up to street level and then your walked down the street a short distance to the hotel entry. As it was a very wet and windy evening, we should have left our car where it was parked on the street where we had parked closer to the hotel than where the lift was.

Room size was very good. Good view of the harbor, bed was comfortable.
Room looks tired, lamps hangings next to the bed were installed wrong/crooked, shower floor and corners needed some scrubbing, cracked mirror on bathtub surround. Heat was not working the first night we stayed, had to bring in a portable space heater.

Excellent Hotel, Underground car park was great to have a safe and dry place for Motorcycles. Great place to stay if you are doing the WAW by motorcycle and want a comfortable hotel with a pool, sauna Etc.

We arrived when the hotel reception was very busy, but the did get through the queue's as quickly as they could.

Hotel & Room were both clean, check-in/out was efficient. Shower was good, bed was comfortable. Front desk personnel were extremely accommodating relative to parking our large passenger van overnight which did not fit into the parking garage. Had fun at the bar late at night with live entertainment playing.
Would have liked a king size bed.

Breakfast very good, lots of choice. Outlook over the water lovely but did mean road noise earlier in the evening. Stayed a second time on the back very quiet.

We enjoyed the large bathroom and room size. The pool, hot tub and sauna were lovely. Oceans restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Exceptionally good breakfast buffet where food was varied, tasty and hot.

Location and the facilities.
It was hard to get a table for dinner at 8:00 pm. Was told the restaurant was closed because of a wedding the following evening. Not sure how that adds up?
In future I will eat a the local pub the snug. The food was better there anyway.
Also a lot of light fittings were not working. Maintenance is general was a bit shabby.

Love this hotel. 8 of us stayed ranging from ages 7 to 78 and everyone loved it. Every room was beautiful and clean. Food was amazing and staff are so helpful and friendly. Pool/Sauna/steamroom/jacuzzi/gym. Everything you need and beautiful surroundings for walks
Rooms facing the dock had more natural light but the room facing the back forest was quite dark but still beautiful
