The hotel is very nice and sits on the river. It is clean and the staff were amazing.
It is a little far from the city center and there is not much around it for restaurants. However the hotel one was good.

Ample parking spaces, location near the river and not too far from downtown.
I had to change rooms as the shower door was not closing and water spilled over on the bathroom floor, which then had to be wiped.

Dinner and breakfast was very good.
Dinner too expensive.
Wine is always so over priced in Ireland.
300 euro expensive again for one night .
The Kingsley did accomidate us fir early check-in. I thank them for that .
Reception Laura and her colleague apologies cant remember your name ..picked up on my daughters name and provided a lovely desert with Congratulations Róisín on it .

The hotel is an easy walk to most students' accommodation which we prefer since our daughter is staying nearby. The staff are very kind and accommodating. Checking in and out is fast and effecient. We came early and were allowed to check in immediately without any additional charges. The hotel has a great ambience ; almost classic and timeless. The bedroom is spacious and well equipped; from air-con and heater to bathrobes and slippers. The beds and pillows are very comfy. Love the fact that the pillows are longer and bigger than the standard sized ones. Bathroom is huge and beautiful. Love it! A good supply of complimentary drinks that include bottles of spring water, capsules and instant coffee and tea. Breakfast is generous and vegan food is available when requested. There's nothing that we didn't like about the hotel. Worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Really very good but the bedroom decor is a little “grey” for my taste. Nevertheless I would stay again if in Cork.
