Pleasant
Fantastic spa area, we both enjoyed a massage and would really recommend the food here also.
A comfortable bar area and the staff were also excellent and very friendly.

The hotel was top class and really set the standard. Our room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was amazing with so many options including the honeycomb. Live music in the bar and a great atmosphere. Gym and pool kept us busy. We didn’t need to leave the hotel. Everything was amazing. Best hotel in my opinion.

The Spa/pool/whirlpool/hot tub were a treat. Staff across the hotel were wonderful.. friendly and helpful. Location was great: beautiful setting with the river Lee just behind the hotel and easy to catch a bus at Victoria Cross into the city center. Loved that bikes were also available free of charge . There was a lovely turn down service each night which was also very nice. We were very pleasantly surprised. We’ll be back. Room 318 was great!

Wonderful stay at the Kingsley. The break fast is exceptional with beautiful view of the river and very pleasant and professional staff. We loved it and would certainly recommend the hotel. The swimming pool is a bonus

Excellent staff, helpful, responsive.. Breakfast delightful, full Irish breakfast, many choices. Peaceful river setting. Variety of food options. Room large for Ireland.

Lovely location, right on the river and close to town. Really nice cosy bar serving excellent food. Staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.
The hotel is dated, particularly the corridors and rooms. Carpets could do with updating, as well as the curtains, which really should be black out. There was a strange smell in the room when we checked in. I was a little disappointed with the room considering the price we paid to be honest.
