The staff were friendly and helpful.
The evening meal was very disappointing. Both the dishes we had were unappetising and gave the impression of having been plated in advance and kept warm for too long.

Everything is amazing. The staff are exceptional. They must have very good training because they truly go out of their way to make your stay pleasant.
Nothing. Be sure to have the breakfast. I think it is the best I’ve ever had! A special treat is the honeycomb, I’ve never had that before, what a treat!

Perfect stay. The rooms spotless, bed comfortable. The health club was brilliant, exceptionally well equipped gym and lovely outdoor heated pool looking out onto the river was really special.

Beautiful hotel, great location with scenic views of the river, comfortable beds, wonderful spa, incredible breakfast. Overall a very nice experience and a good value for money. Also they had free parking for our rental car which was a nice bonus.

The room was very nice and clean, confortable and we spent a great evening, we had a quick bite at the bar and enjoyed the food, there is a path / trail in the back that goes all the way to town and we did it all, so convinient and wonderful path, in the morning there is a café we had some delicious pastry and lattes and beautiful launch area. We only spent one night but it was perfect for us.

The staff was kind and professional, but the room had a few issues.
Two silverfish in the bathtub when we arrived and the air conditioner kept shutting off in the middle of the night requiring us to get up and turn in back on during this heat spell.

The hotel was conveniently located. We enjoyed having the ability to take morning walks along the river. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Although the breakfast buffet served the same food each day, I appreciated the alternative to order off the menu at no additional cost.
The front desk staff were cordial. However, we made numerous attempts to call the front desk, but not once did someone pick up the phone. As a result, we were required to walk down to the front desk to request items to be delivered to our room.

Hotel carpet need deep cleaning. Bathroom not have exhaust fan, shower tiles are dirty, and tub drain does not hold water for a bath.

The night staff was unhelpful with a small emergency, almost clueless. Items in the room didn't work (Thermostat, windows, curtains, etc), even when I asked for assistance they didn't do anything.

Perfect location to walk everywhere in town!!! Include the breakfast in your stay! Absolutely delicious! I asked for a small fridge and it was there when I came back from shopping in town. The front desk was top notch. Thank you Kingsley!
