One particular bar man Brian really looked after us well.
Just a few things missed in the hotel room. Some long hair on the floor and some crisps on the bedroom floor.

Easy to get to and get around the city
Not the cleanest, the beds and bedding were clean, but the floor hadn’t been cleaned, crisps on the rug between the beds that couldn’t have been missed while making the beds. No climate control in the room, it was hot and no AC in the room.

How close it was to the city
It was so dirty and we had no cot for our baby who we had with us and made it clear we where coming with a child so we had to make use of chairs and pillows so she was safe in the bed we couldn’t leave her crawl around the carpet as it was so dirty and stains when bed sheets where changed they were the same ones from the night before we used the bathroom door didn’t work we had to use a shoe to lock it when in there I have pictures to show for the price we paid it was so disappointing and we would like a refund I have messaged so many times and no one is getting back to us this is also so unprofessional

Breakfast. Even at 7.30am the eggs were already like galvanised rubber and the bacon and hash browns were cold
