Shower in bathroom was hard to work as parts broken. Service with drinks in bar very slow due to only one barman on.

Your bar staff were flat out only one serving most of the time,rooms were very good just very warm even eith windows open all night, bed cloths to heavy for summer months had a great break all the same

The location
The rooms are very cramped especially for a family travelling with a baby. No cot space at all! there was stains on the carpet stains on the pillows. The room was very warm and was given a fan that was just blowing dust about. The rate was 240 a night that’s with no breakfast so an extra charge would be added. They also take an extra 250 deposit from you and give it back the next day incase you break something. But to be honest there was nothing in the room that would cost that much! Overall not what we expected so expect to hand over nearly 500 euro on check in.

The location was poorly located, it had no air conditioning or fridge. The room was too hot and the traffic was heavy outside. There was no amenities nearby and it was a 45 minute walk into the city centre.

There was no room refresh. Or glasses taken out of our room for the duration of our stay. And the bin wasn’t emptied. And the bathroom had no lock
