Grace looked after us and when I called to change the booking from 1 adult and 1 child to 2 adults and 1 child she amended the booking and included breakfast for the second adult free of charge. This would make me come back to this hotel in the future, even if it was a little more expensive than rival hotels as when your traveling with family you appreciate knowing the staff will take care of you.
The lifts are tiny!

All staff at Clayton Springs Hotel were very efficient and charming.
Would have appreciated a little variation in the menu for dinner - perhaps a Dish of the Day to add variety
