We had some burgers and they were very good.
No ice machine, elevator was very slow and only had 1. No laundry facilities.

Wonderful
Big comfortable room. Good tv. Good bed good wifi. Efficient lift. Windows open. Free parking. Quite close to city. Pleasant setting. Good bathroom, bath and shower. Al clean and fresh. Pleasant staff. Plenty of space everywhere. Iron, hairdryer. Good price for cork as parking is free.
Hot. Kettle didn't work. Only 2 tea bags. Kettle lead too short to reach plug. Coffee machine didn't work. Restaurant expensive.

Ideal location only 10mins from Fota. Very friendly helpful staff. Family room nice and spacious. Food in bar very tasty and breakfast was fantastic lots of options and variety for all the family and takeaway coffee also available which was great
Room was very dusty including bathroom, mirrors dirty. Room was not cleaned after our first night we just got offered fresh towels and toilet in the morning.

Did not have breakfast . The room was really nice . Missed not having a coffee machine like we had at Dublin airport. Dinner was not to bad. was not impressed with the dinning furniture all the chairs look dirty looked run down not so nice .
How run down the hotel looked only one lift the other one has been broken for a year.

The distance was quite away from the city, I was aware of that. We did have a car to move about.

Dinner and breakfast was excellent
Waitress spilled my colleagues dinner on me and never returned to our table for the rest of the night after the incident or never informed manager, we were left sitting at the table with no service, once we ate the dinner had to go find some one to pay for the meal. Never acknowledged the waitress spilled hot gravy over me or offered any form of retribution, a drink or desert or something. Bad form

Got too warm at night, we had to leave open the windows and use fans in the middle of the night, also there was only one small lift for use

Room very comfortable
I sent several emails about parking prior to our stay and eventually rang the hotel the day before to get an answer. Also, having checked in that morning early and left our bags at the hotel, I still received a phone call in the afternoon asking to confirm that I was taking up the reservation. The fried breakfast was not great.
