Location lovely Lady on reception very polite and helpful
No water in rooms now or biscuits only 1 morning tea bag ...no plug in bath however this was rectified Luke warm hot water which was brown this hotel has gone down since August which is a shame

Wedding reception was held in same area where breakfast was served the following morning and the floors were stained and sticky from spilt alcohol which were not washed - totally unacceptable

Convenient location. Easy access to airport and city centre. Nice size room. Clean and good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice.
There was a wedding while we were there and there weren't enough staff to cover the bar, which meant service wasn't good.

The room was spotless vlovely fresh clean I didn't feel the best went to my room at 7 Togo to bed
Igot no sleep the noise for the night people coming to the rooms at all hours and talking out loud outside our door every time I tryed to go to sleep I kept been woken im exhausted it was like been on a foreign holiday noise all night up till 6 o'clock in the morning and idont even drink I Def think there should of been security or staff in the corridors

At Ballincollig Debs. Food was cold. Couldnt get what i ordered! Ran out of Turkey. !Bar service was awful. 40min wait for a drink?
