Our room was so dirty bed linen was all that was clean only one bath towel ,hand marks everywhere grubby showers were so dirty

The pool is lovely and is very warm and clean. Was also able to order a takeaway up to the room which was nice for the kids.
Foyer could have been a bit tidier, just felt a little underwhelming for rest of the place.

The gym and pool were a nice incentive to the place.
The outlets in the room were too few and didn’t seem to have enough voltage coming through to charge our devices. It took a very very long time and because there weren’t enough outlets, we had to take turns.

When I came back during the day the room was not cleaned, no new towels were given

The restaurant inside the hotel was fantastic and the rooms were clean.

The hotel has a really beautiful park, the hotel is really stylish. Very easy to park. Everyone is frindly and kind. The restaurant has a nice vibe, the food is great and abundant.
Our room looked to a park and the highway so it was a bit noisy. In my opinion the bed was bit small for two adults. The extra bed was quite comfy ( i choose to sleepnon it and my Mom slept on the normal bed).

Was amazing very accommodating to all the family ages range from 2 up was a lovely hotel
The shower head in the rooms needs to be made so the water doesn't hit the wall I'm 5ft 7 and had to go on my tip toes in the shower to not get blasted in the face with the water

Main resturant and food choices very good.
Set up for breakfast does not work at all. Especially with young kids.
Shower in room needs to be updated. Black mould which was also pealing around the seal of the shower tray.
