It is very old! Needs a refurbishment.
Water barely came out in the shower. Low pressure and faucet full of lime. They changed it for us. There was no hot water on the last day.

Close to Douglas to meet with friends, friendly receptionist and breakfast waiting staff
Pillows were very flat, would prefer if you do a buffet breakfast so that you don’t have to wait for the waiting staff. Breakfast over at 1030 in dining room and a la crate in Suttons at 1130am…doesn’t make sense that check out is 11am. Management knocked on our door at 1110am asking us to check out very strongly ….just bk from breakfast and rushed to get out of room. Check in after 3, check out at 11…less than 24 hours and prices are 280e. Will have to choose more wisely next time

Disappointing
The breakfast was terribly poor . My daughter required gluten free sausages and they came out so hard , one would think they were cooked the day before . We also found plastic wrapped around a piece of pudding . I asked for well done poached eggs , they were runny . We had to ask for cutlery numerous times . Overall the breakfast really left the hotel down .
The breakfast could have been better . I think a self service buffet would have been better .
The beds could do with a re vamp .
No bath in a room where we stated kids are travelling.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Reasonable priced and good location.
No hot water for showers. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the worst I’ve ever slept on.
