The room is a fantastic space as is the foyer. Thats it though
I stayed here for a function and the smell of sewerage was lethal in the lobby. We returned to the hotel after a function and the smell was horrific. You could still smell it outside of the lift the next morning
Check in was very slow and what made it worse was accommodation staff banging on the door at 10.45 to tell you to vacant. At 10.58 they tried to gain entry to the room. No leeway whatsoever.

Beautiful reception area. Pleasant check-in and quick check-out.
The leisure centre was great. The kids loved the pool.
The room had 2 double beds and the cot as we requested. The window could open enough to allow a draft to cool the room.
Bath tub hot water tap wasn't working. They provided 2 large towels and 2 small towels for a family of 5.
Breakfast was an unpleasant experience. 2 of my kids' meals never arrived. The vegan breakfast I ordered was tasteless and overcooked.
No pool safety equipment was available for our kids.

Disappointing
We had a friend meet us for breakfast, we were charged €10 for her bowl of porridge.
My breakfast which was included in the price(in the region of €16) was muesli and yoghurt.
Overall value for money was very disappointing

The staff were all really helpful. The leisure centre and pool were great and Breakfast was nice.
Our family room was very cramped for a family of 5. Beds were a bit small and the shower was unusable for our children and virtually unusable for us adults as the head was angled straight into the corner and couldn't be adjusted.
