The woman at reception (Juanita?) was very kind and helpful.
My co-worker had to change room 3 times: all previous rooms variously had strong smells (sewage/draining/smoke) or were dirty (flaking chair leaving material onto her clothes and toenail clippings on the carpet).

Good water pressure in shower
No fire in downstairs lobby despite being asked. Room was very dated and small, pillows were hard and lumpy
No amenities in bathroom. Bathroom was very dated also.
Spa is non existent and only nail bar available but only for certain days.

Was amazing very accommodating to all the family ages range from 2 up was a lovely hotel
The shower head in the rooms needs to be made so the water doesn't hit the wall I'm 5ft 7 and had to go on my tip toes in the shower to not get blasted in the face with the water

The pool was nice and the lobby was great to hang out in. The heated floors were a nice comfortable.
The place was dirty and the room was not cleaned well by room service. The linens were not clean. The towels were taken away and not replaced. Nothing was replaced. The pool had wired rules that limited access to it.

Exceptional
Excellent hotel establishment. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable and the staff are all decent people. The food and drink in the bar is of good quality. The area is well serviced by public transport and there is a shopping centre close by. The staff at reception will organize a taxi for you if you are looking for one.
Breakfast room needs to be signposted. Could use a vending machine for drinks and snacks. Other than that no complaints.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty, dinner especially was very good and had unusual options rather than the usual fair. The underfloor heating the bathroom was quite the luxury!
The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, the springs were digging into my ribs the whole way across the mattress (so there was no way to avoid them). This was a pity as the room itself, including temperature was great.

Its situated in Douglas with 10 minutes walk from the hotel to nearest Mall where you can find evrething you looking for
At the entrance from the Main Street with the car its bad road and no lights so you dont know where you step if you like to walk around

Room had plenty of space for our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 teenagers). Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great outdoor patio for bar area. Fun front courtyard.
The bar service was somewhat slow and slightly inattentive.

Wonderful
The room was spacious and clean. They had an extra camper bed setup for us which helped with the kids. There was also a fridge, safe and under floor heating in the bathroom which helped drying swimming gear.
The only detractor was the pool. Its fine for babies (baby pool) and good swimmers (adult pool). I put arm band on my 6 year old but would have preferred a ramp or kiddies pool where he could touch the ground. Also jacuzzi was broken.
