The staff are helpful and the food was good
The room was dirty and we booked a cot which was not in the room when we checked in , we where told is was because of an event in the hotel which I don’t think is an excuse in a big hotel all guests should be catered for .

Have stayed many time in this hotel so it is great
Had gone down stairs and ordered dinner to be sent to room was waiting over 90 minutes had to ring reception to see where my dinner was and then only one dinner arrived and 2 people in the room

Staff were very helpful and proactive. The room was clean. Great restaurant inside the hotel. Very handy. Breakfast was good; lots of options and everything was fresh.
You can kind of notice the wear and tear in some areas, for example the SPA area. Lockers in the SPA area did not close. Would be handy to provide slippers and robes for the SPA area.
