The location was convenient for us and we appreciated the parking facilities.
Hena, one of the cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating.
One of the best Irish coffees was made by the Brazilian bartender at the inhouse restaurant.
Upon arrival my Fiancé asked the receptionist a question, who rudely told him that she was now off duty and that he had to wait for the next person to help. She did so without greeting us or listening to the question, which had nothing to do with checking in but a mere general question.
It was quite visible that our bathroom was not cleaned daily.
On our last morning we arrived for breakfast at 830am,which was relatively early considering the breakfast times. There was no milk for the cereal, the cheese slices were finished, the water jug was empty, the coffee machine had to be emptied and the cake tray was empty. I asked one of the staff members to refill the cheese tray to which I received a response that the chef said it was finished. However, ten minutes later another staff member refilled the tray. When asked to refill all the other items, it felt like they did not want to and that we needed to make do with what was left.
We dined at the café one evening, however our order was incorrectly taken and then charged for. The service was slow and we kept having to call the waiter as opposed to him seeing to us periodically.
On the day before checking out our second key was taken by housekeeping, not sure why, as we required two keys being two of us.

The room was a good size, comfortable, and well lit. I really appreciated that, as many hotels tend to have rather dark rooms lately. The cleanliness was up to standard.
However, some of the furniture looked a little worn, with scratches and damaged surfaces, which does not reflect the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. The pool facilities were very nice, but it would be a thoughtful touch if dressing gowns were provided for residents, as small details like this make a noticeable difference.
Overall, while the stay was pleasant in some respects, the pricing felt a bit high compared to the overall standard and value received.
Upon check-in, my experience was unfortunately not as welcoming as expected.
The staff member who checked us in, Lily, was rather abrupt and made us feel uncomfortable. We presented a “Go Anywhere” gift voucher, which we had confirmed in advance was valid for your hotel. However, before even providing us with our room number or keys, she asked for payment. When I handed her the voucher, she immediately stated, in a dismissive tone, that she wasn’t sure if it would work. After entering the details, she announced—again, quite bluntly—that the voucher had expired.
I explained that as a gift voucher, it represents monetary value and should not truly expire. Meanwhile, a queue had formed behind us, which added to the stress and embarrassment of the situation. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and resolved the issue, and we eventually received our room keys. Unfortunately, the uncomfortable experience at check-in had already spoiled the start of our evening.
I would recommend that, if your hotel accepts vouchers, staff receive proper training on how to process them efficiently and politely. One negative interaction at the front desk can set the tone for an entire stay, which was the case for us.

I am so pleasantly surprised about breakfast. It offers so many options and varieties. The swimming pool is small for swimmers but lovely for the family with little kids. There are jacuzzi spots everywhere within the pool and the water is so warm. We ended up going to the pool with our little one everyday so it is definitely a plus.
Disappointed about the level of cleanliness. The first room checked in was not cleaned at all so I went back to the reception and they gave us to a better room for compensation. It was lovely and very kind from the reception team.
However the level of cleanness is still not satisfactory but i didn't want to be the problematic person on the trip especially after the reception team being so nice. The dust is a bit everywhere to my standard but again maybe not a big problem to everyone has everyone has their own standards.

Buffet breakfast was just ok, fried egg was cold. At this price point hot breakfast should be served

The location is far from city center , i didn’t had car and was using public transportation because the hotel was not in walkable distance from center

Breakfast was good .There was two members of staff who were very attentive to our needs as we are both vegetarian .Sami and another young lady ( can't remember her name sorry! ) were particularly helpful.
Lift was not working and we were on the first floor .
But staff at reception kindly helped us to our room with luggage .
My partner had bruised his eye after a fall and as it was a Sunday l couldn't find a chemist opened .They kindly gave me an eyepatch and some bandages .
